The company's no-clean lead-free series flux is made of high-purity chemical raw materials, which can effectively remove oxides, have good wetting performance and high insulation resistance, and the products are widely used in wave soldering of PCB board components. In order to reduce the impact of harmful volatile substances on the environment, our company has newly launched VOC-FREE (volatile matter-free) water-based no-cleaning flux. The unique production formula completely eliminates solder balls and bridging phenomena.
After welding with matting flux, the solder joints are smooth and completely matted, which reduces visual fatigue.
